Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Troth, including the troth.salesmade.ai website, the Troth platform, and the Consideration Method™ course and cohort (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by RedWood Global Partners LLC ("Troth", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. By using the Service or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Troth provides software for creating video pitch and offer pages, together with training (the Consideration Method™) delivered as a course and live cohort. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Payment and subscription

  • The first payment is €297, which includes your first month of platform access. After the first month, access continues as a subscription of €99 per month (or €990 per year) unless you cancel.
  • Prices may be shown and charged in EUR, USD, or AED. Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges.

4. Guarantee and refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, including the First-Win Guarantee™.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including that you will not:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • resell or share your access without our permission.

You are responsible for the content you publish and the offers you sell through Troth.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, the Consideration Method™, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Course and template materials are licensed to you for your own business use and may not be redistributed or resold. You keep ownership of the content you create.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific sales, income, or results; outcomes depend on your own effort, offer, and market. Any figures shown are examples, not a promise of your results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
