This Privacy Policy explains how RedWood Global Partners LLC ("Troth", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use Troth (troth.salesmade.ai and the Troth platform). If you have questions, contact info@aimo.ae.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, workspace details you provide when you sign up.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (such as the amount, currency, and email) but not your full card number.
  • Content: the pages, videos, audio, and offers you create and upload.
  • Usage and analytics: how pages are viewed (for example page opens, video watch progress, and clicks), device and log data, and cookies.

2. How we use it

  • to provide, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to process payments and manage your subscription;
  • to send service, onboarding, and support messages;
  • to show you (as a seller) the analytics for your own pages;
  • to meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Processors we use

We share data with trusted providers only to run the Service:

  • Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Cloudflare (R2) — video, audio, and image hosting.
  • Brevo — transactional and notification email.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sellers and their viewers

If you publish a page on Troth, you act as the controller of the leads and viewer data your page collects (such as email addresses entered on an email gate). You are responsible for having a lawful basis and your own privacy notice for those contacts.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these, email info@aimo.ae.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. We rely on their safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
